The app does not require a user account, and KGP Inc. does not operate an account server that receives your portfolio holdings.

2. Portfolio Data Stored on Your Device

Information you enter into your portfolio, including metal type, quantity, purchase information, and related portfolio details, is stored locally on your browser or device.

KGP Inc. does not receive, upload, or view your portfolio contents through the app.

Locally stored data may be removed if you clear app data or uninstall the app. Device backup and restore features controlled by your operating system may also affect locally stored data.

3. Internet Access and Market Data

The app uses an Internet connection to retrieve precious-metal prices, historical gold-price information, and currency exchange-rate information.

• Gold-API may be used for live precious-metal prices.
• FreeGoldAPI may be used for historical gold-price data.
• Frankfurter may be used for foreign-exchange information.

When your device contacts a third-party service, that service may receive standard technical information associated with an Internet request, such as your IP address, request time, and device or network information. KGP Inc. does not control those third parties’ independent privacy practices.

4. Google Play Services

The Android version may use Google Play functionality, including the Google Play In-App Review feature, to allow users to rate the app. Google may process information according to Google’s own privacy practices when these services are used.

5. Information KGP Inc. Collects

The app does not require you to submit your name, address, phone number, financial-account credentials, or portfolio contents to KGP Inc. in order to use its calculator and portfolio functions.

KGP Inc. does not sell your portfolio information or use your local portfolio contents for advertising or profiling.

6. Manual Price Overrides

The app allows manual metal-price overrides for calculation purposes. Selecting Return to Default Prices restores the most recent market prices available to the app.

7. Data Sharing

KGP Inc. does not share your locally stored portfolio contents with advertisers, data brokers, or other users.

Your device may communicate directly with external market-data and platform services when those functions are used.

8. Data Security

The app is designed so that portfolio information remains on the user’s device rather than being transmitted to a KGP Inc. portfolio server. No method of electronic storage or network communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect access to their own device.

9. Children’s Privacy

Gold & Silver Live Calculator is a general-purpose precious-metals utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. The app does not provide user accounts or social-profile features.
